Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue

Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue look to find dogs and sometimes cats in their care forever homes with the help of foster homes.  Here are their pets of the week.

Daisy is a six month old terrier/spaniel mix.  She is a sweet girl that is full of energy.  Some of her favorite games are tug of war, keep away and getting out all her toys!  She loves to run and play, but she also loves to snuggle.  Her favorite place to be in on your lap!  She’s good with other dogs, but would probably do better with older children.  She gets really excited and sometimes forgets her manners, so she would probably benefit from a puppy class.  She’s crate trained and doing really well with potty training.  She will be spayed, chipped and up to date on vaccines prior to adoption.  Her adoption fee is $250, and you can apply to adopt Daisy at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application

Nala is a super sweet and friendly husky mix who is about 7 years old. She likes to spend time chilling, snuggling, chomping on her bone, exploring the neighborhood and trotting next to you if you’re up for a run. She is curious and calm with other dogs, neighbors and kids when she’s out and about. She does great in a harness and the only time she pulls at her leash or barks is when she sees a squirrel she wants to chase. She’ll let you know she wants to explore outside by scratching at the door. And although it’s probably frustrating for her, it the cutest thing when she chases and barks at her own tail trying to scratch an itch! She loves getting hugs and kisses and will let you know by pawing at your knee and laying on top of your feet until she gets your undivided attention. If you have lots of love to give, Nala is the perfect girl for you! She will be spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $200.
