Sashimi is one of 7 puppies that are ready to start getting visits. Miso, Mochi, Soba, are also ready to start having visits. They are all adorable and will make a great addition to any family.

They will end up being a larger dog between 40 to 70 lbs and need a family that likes to get out and walk, or play in the back yard.

Please go to www.mackenzie.info to read about our adoption criteria, and to fill in the adoption survey and application. For safety’s sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas.

Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue

Hearts of Hope Dog Rescue look to find dogs and sometimes cats in their care forever homes with the help of foster homes.  Here are their pets of the week.

Ginny (formerly Shelly) is a 4 year old pit terrier mix. She is such a sweet girl! She may be shy at first but after a day or two she just loves to give kisses, hugs (yes, hugs!), and enjoys her belly rubs. She is a perfect dog to take on long walks or even a jog, as she is well-behaved on the leash. A fenced in yard would be preferable for her, so she can get in her zoomie’s for the day. She is also very content on taking long naps on anything soft (couch, chair, bed,), you name it! She does need some obedience training on basic commands but is working hard at learning them everyday. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and good with other dogs. Cats unknown. Children – should be fine with kids. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $250.

Bryant is so cute, he looks like a cross between Gismo and Simba !! He is a 2 month old Shepherd/Lab/Chow Mix with the cutest little mask and he is always wagging his tail – it’s ridiculously adorable. Almost as cute, is watching him learn how to high five. He is very smart and loves to learn; we think he would love taking puppy classes with his forever humans. Bryant does very well with dogs and humans of all ages, and, he is doing a fantastic job with his crate training and house training. Bryant is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.  His adoption fee is $300. To adopt Bryant apply at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application
