Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary

Those involved with Mackenzie’s Animal Sanctuary take pride in finding the right home for dogs in their care. Here are their pets of the week.

Fred and Fraisal are two sweet boys and the best of friends. They had lived together before coming to Mackenzie’s, and we’d love to find them a home together! Fraisal was born 5/31/17. While he’s still on the younger side, he’s happy to settle in and cuddle as he’s a lap dog at heart. Fraisal likes some toys and some treats, but he’s far more interested in spending time with Fred and any new humans he meets.

Fred was born 7/21/17. While he’s still on the younger side, he’s happy to settle in and cuddle! Fred is a terrific cuddler and a lapdog at heart. Fred can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. Once he’s comfortable, he can’t get enough of the people he meets!

Fred and Fraisal are still fairly new to Mackenzie’s, so as we learn more about them we’ll update their information. In the meantime, if you are interested in adopting them, please fill out an adoption survey and application and make sure to mention them!

Henry is an 8 year old Chihuahua Mix who weighs just under 6 pounds. He is so laid back and wonderful; we just adore him and his calming personality. Sweet Henry is on the mend from some ailments, but he’s doing wonderfully, and he’s excited and ready to find his forever home. This little sweetheart has a tiny heart murmur that will need to be monitored a couple times a year. He will need a patient home that will help him continue his healing. Henry loves his crate and he loves snuggling up on the couch with his humans. He does well with cats and dogs and humans of all ages. He’s so easy to take care of !! Henry is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. His adoption fee is $200. To adopt Henry apply at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application
