The following animals are available for adoption. If you find an animal you’d like to adopt please contact the organization directly. Lowell’s First Look does not assist with the adoption process. And if you’re looking to add to your family and don’t see an animal below, each organization has additional animals looking for new homes. Pet profiles and photos are provided by each organization.

Are you looking for a reason to cancel your Friday night plans (let’s be honest, you didn’t want to make them in the first place!)? When you adopt me, you’ll have a guaranteed date night every day! I have them all planned out already, all you need to do is buy the dog treats and tennis balls. Oh, and pay the Netflix bill (Netflix refuses to accept dog kisses as a form of payment, unfortunately). Our standing date nights will go as follows: we go for a leisurely stroll around the block, you throw a ball around for me, we eat snacks, we watch Netflix, we cuddle, and you rub my belly. Repeat every Friday night (or really, 7 days a week!) for the rest of our lives together!
Applicants for Stone should be aware he is dog selective (meaning he can get along with some dogs, but other dogs he does not like), but rest assured, here at MAS we do dog intros before any of our dogs go home with another dog already in the home (to make sure everyone is happy and accepted by your current pack).
If you have a soft spot for an 85lb gentle giant, please apply today!

Mike is a 5 pound, 3 year old Chihuahua/Poodle mix with the most adorable ears, that have a life of their own. He came from a very sad situation, so he is learning how to be a dog. He is looking for a family that will be patient with him while he learns all the dog stuff. Mike loves his people, ear scratches, playing outside and playing with toys. Mike is crate trained and working on house training. He is doing great with the small dogs in his foster home. He is neutered and up to date on shots. His adoption fee is $300. To adopt him, apply at www.rescueofhope.com/adoption-application.
