The New Township Hall renovation and addition is set to solicit construction bids in February, 2020
The new township office space will undergo a renovation and office space addition to begin construction in the spring of 2020. Located at 69 Lincoln Lake Ave. NE, the building is a former Kingdom Hall building near the corner of Lincoln Lake Avenue and Bailey Drive. The original meeting space will be retained and renovated to accommodate township meetings, election precincts, and community meeting space. The addition will accommodate offices for staff and officials, reception, conference areas, record storage, and updated mechanicals.
Officials and Staff have been working with Timothy A. Spitzley, Architects LLC to design the addition and renovation. Spitzley has been contracted to create the comprehensive construction plans, represent the township during the bidding phase, and perform contract administration during construction. Construction bids will be solicited in mid-February.
