Rita’s Statement:
I am so happy to show my work with my friend Claudia and her beautiful paintings!
I’ve been making pots for over 40 years. In 1990 it became my full-time job. I loved clay even as a young child. I am very lucky to make my play my work.
I work from my home studio in Comstock, Park Mi. I all so teach a few classes in Grand Rapids. After many years of selling my work at art fairs year round, I now only participate in a few art fairs and sell most of my work in shops and galleries around Michigan. Claudia’s Statement:
I LOVE TO PAINT
I am a self-taught artist, enjoying the experience of many classes and workshops over the years.
My love of nature allows me to create paintings that are a reflection of my travels and cherished memories. There is always an emotional connection with my art.
I love telling a story with my art. Imagery with rich, fresh color and well-placed brush strokes.
