LOWELL, MI, October 15, 2018 – The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market features artwork by over 50 area artists. The show is held in the LowellArts Gallery at 223 West Main Street, Lowell, MI 49331. The market will be open November 6 to December 23. Hours are: Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm. More information at www.lowellartsmi.org.
Artwork and other handmade items by Michigan artists will be available for purchase during the gift-giving season. Gift items include: pottery, paintings, photography, jewelry, textiles, felting, glass work, handbags, woodwork, sculpture, metalwork, wreaths, ornaments, soaps, mittens, scarves and more.
On Thursday, November 8 from 6-8pm, the public is invited to a Meet-the-Artist Reception. The event is free and guests can enjoy refreshments and a festive holiday atmosphere.
The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market will be open extended hours during the Christmas Through Lowell event: Friday, November 16 from 9am-9pm, Saturday, November 17 from 9am-7pm, and Sunday, November 18 from 11am-5pm. The LowellArts Gallery is location “J” on the Christmas Through Lowell map. Christmas Through Lowell is a city-wide event organized by the Lowell Chamber of Commerce, where over 50 homes, churches, and business in Lowell open their doors to display the wares of over 300 artists and crafters. LowellArts is one of the destinations during this unique, 3-day, holiday celebration.
The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market will also be open extended hours during the Downtown Lowell Christmas Festivities & Annual Night-time Parade on December 1. The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market hours on Saturday, December 1 are 10am-9pm.
On Monday, December 10 from 6-8pm, the public is invited LowellArts for a Holiday Open House. The event is free and guests can enjoy refreshments and a festive holiday atmosphere. LowellArts members receive 10% off purchases at this event.
