Scenes from Lowell: Arrow Readers on the Move Edition

Now in its 15th year, Arrow Readers on the Move continues to be a hit with Lowell Area Schools. Over 400 students have signed up for the program this year. They’re on track to win numerous prizes for earning points from taking Accelerated Reader tests. Mystery readers continue to be a hit with teachers, staff, and even football players taking time to read to students.

Cherry Creek Elementary School has been one of the more popular locations, seeing nearly 200 students each week taking tests, picking out books, and selecting prizes. Students can take tests at various locations throughout the week or at home and just stop by a location to pick up a prize.

After a break this week, the action will pick up again through the end of July at the following locations.
