Scenes From Lowell: Jody Haybarker Retirement Lunch

Last week Jody Haybarker worked her last day at Schneider Manor, heading into retirement after 20 years on the job there. Schneider Manor board members and residents were invited to a lunch to wish Haybarker well and thank her for the time she spent as the General Manager.

Haybarker greeted residents who brought cards and gifts to wish her well as she enters retirement.

Most of the Schneider Manor residents came for lunch and to say goodbye. They were treated to food made by Miss P’s Catering and desserts by Kim’s Gourmet Treats.

Board Member Bob Pfaller presented Haybarker with a plaque that will be attached to a large stone and remain on Schneider Manor grounds. The residents also came together and gave Haybarker a gift.

Food and conversation were enjoyed by all those who attended. Board member Rick Seese says that he wishes Haybarker well in retirement  that is meant to be fun and also added, “But don’t retire from the North Pole.”
