Furry Friday: Cheeto, Georgia and Little Bighorn

The following animals are available for adoption.  If you find an animal you’d like to adopt please contact the organization directly.  Lowell’s First Look does not assist with the adoption process.  And if you’re looking to add to your family and don’t see an animal below, each organization has additional animals looking for new homes.   Pet profiles and photos are provided by each organization.

PREFERS A HOME WITHOUT
Other dogs, cats, children

Occupation: Booty Shaker and Smile Maker!

You read that right! I’m what you might call a “wiggle butt”! I may take a little bit to get to know you, but once I do, I love my human friends with all my heart! When I see my human friends, I wiggle from the tip of my nose to the tip of my tail! I am looking for a family that has experience with leash reactivity. I tend to overstimulate and forget its not polite to grab at my leash. I have a blast working on my skills up to the agility building at MAS. I love learning new tricks, and stimulating my brain all while working out my energy too! I am a very smart boy, I like to work on commands like “touch”, “over”, “sit”, “stay”, “lay down”, and “shake”. I would be best suited for a calm and quiet home without kids or other pets.

If you would like to get some more information to bring me into your home, submit an application today, so I can wiggle my way right into your heart!

GOOD IN A HOME WITH
Other cats, children

Meet Little Bighorn – a sweet male kitten with a heart as big as his name! While he might be a bit shy at first, this little adventurer truly blossoms with love and gentle approach.

Little Bighorn has mastered the art of quiet companionship. Approach him gently, and you’ll discover a world of affection waiting to be shared. He enjoys the soft touch of pets and will purr his gratitude, making every moment together a heartwarming experience.

Little Bighorn enjoys the companionship of his fellow kittens! When its quiet, he engages in playful antics, pouncing around with his adorable companions.

For the safety of our kittens and for children, we do not adopt kittens under six months old to a home with children under the age of 6. We believe that kittens are happiest when they have a feline friend so Little Bighorn will need to be adopted with another kitten here or go to a home with an existing, playful cat.

Little Bighorn has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $120. He has an approximate birthdate of October, 2023.

Apply to adopt Little Bighorn here.

If you are interested in any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.
