December 12, 2024 – LOWELL LIGHT & POWER (LL&P) has been recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) with a Public Power Customer Satisfaction Award for providing excellent service, for a second consecutive year.
Winners of the Public Power Customer Satisfaction Award are chosen at gold, silver, and bronze levels based on responses to customer surveys, and are recognized for setting the highest bar in the industry in terms of engaging, communicating, and servicing their customer’s needs.
Lowell Light & Power is one of only two in the nation awarded with the Gold level award for an average rating greater than 95% across eight categories:
- Overall satisfaction
- Reliability
- Rates/value for cost
- Communication
- Customer service
- Outage response
- Field personnel
- Innovative programs and services
