Lowell Light & Power Recognized with National Customer Satisfaction Award

November 20, 2023 – LOWELL LIGHT & POWER has been recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) with a Public Power Customer Satisfaction Award for providing excellent service to Lowell, Michigan.

Winners of Public Power Customer Satisfaction Awards are chosen at gold, silver, and bronze levels based on responses to customer surveys, and are recognized for setting the highest bar in the industry in terms of engaging, communicating, and servicing their customer’s needs.

Lowell Light & Power is one of only two in the Nation awarded with Gold level recognition for an average rating greater than 95% across the eight categories:

  • Reliability
  • Value
  • Outage response
  • Innovation
  • Overall satisfaction
