We received the following notice from the City of Lowell.
The City of Lowell is partnering with Lowell Light and Power again this spring for a brush pickup. All branches must be ready for pickup by April 29, 2024 and will be handled by DPW staff during that week. Due to the number of projects staff are involved in this spring, we have made some modifications to the requirements for this year.
- The city will only make one pass through the city and all branches must be out by April 29, 2024.
- The city will not pickup branches larger than 6 inches in diameter.
- All cut ends must face the street
- The brush is not from the voluntary removal of trees by a tree removal company.
