The Volunteer of the Month for April is our Taxes Team.
From left to right: Roger LaWarre, Jim Hodges, Leo Peters, Diane LaWarre, Carole Sanocki, Judy Tutak-Hill, Lori Floyd (Missing: Dan Gerard, Jerry Holton, Sandy Holton, Martin McPhee, Beckie Seese, Judie Silvis, Tom Rehwoldt).
The Taxes Team includes both greeters and tax preparers. The tax preparers attend training through United Way in order to become official IRS approved tax preparers.
Tax appointments were held on Tuesdays from February 6 through April 10 from 9:30 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. The Taxes Team volunteered a total of 866 hours!
