Happy Earth Day! We received photos and information about the efforts to help clean up parts of Alto. Alto area Girl Scout Troop #4574 and a couple of representatives from Cherry Creek Daisy Troop #8119 spent the weekend before Easter working on cleaning up the perimeter of Alto Elementary School and a few blocks of Bancroft.
TruLakes sponsored the effort donating the majority of the cleanup gear. “Green” prizes were also handed out to the girls who helped make part of Alto look a lot cleaner.
