Lowell Light & Power Customer Satisfaction Survey Offers Chance to Win

Lowell Light & Power strives to provide our customers with safe, affordable and reliable electric service. In an effort to gauge how our customers feel about the services we provide, we are asking all current LL&P Customers to share their thoughts through a short survey. Customers can either use the survey link within the July and August eBills, or by visiting the website www.lowell-light.org. LL&P recognizes that not all customers will be able to complete an online survey, so paper copies of the survey are available at the office, located at 127 N. Broadway.

“This survey is not only a great way for us to see where we rank with other providers on a national scale, but it also allows the community we serve to tell us where we excel and where we can improve. We are so appreciative of the time our customers take out of their day to give us such valuable input” said General Manager Charlie West.

To thank our customers for their time and show our appreciation, LL&P will hold drawings for Lowell Bucks and Bill Credits. The surveys are confidential, so Lowell Light & Power requests that customers who want to enter the drawings either send a screenshot of the “Thank you” page at the end of the survey, or email their Name, Address, Phone Number and Account Number.

Surveys must be completed by Sept. 1, 2023 and the drawings for prizes will be held by Sept. 15th, 2023. Winners will be contacted by phone and email, and first names will be shared on Lowell Light & Power’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
