The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market features artwork and other handmade by over 50 area artists for the gift-giving season. Gift items include: pottery, paintings, photography, jewelry, textiles, glasswork, handbags, woodwork, metalwork, basketry, ornaments, soaps, and more. The show is held in the LowellArts Gallery at 223 W Main Street, Lowell, MI 49331.
The market will open November 14 and remain open through December 23. Hours are:
- Sunday & Monday 12:00-5:00pm
- Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm
Special Events:
A Meet-the-Artists Reception will be held on Thursday, November 14, 6:00-8:00pm to celebrate the opening of this year’s show. This is a free event and light refreshments will be served. Award-winning jazz musician, Roger MacNaughton, will present live music for the evening.
LowellArts will be open extended hours during Christmas Through Lowell weekend:
- Friday, Nov 15, 9:00am-9:00pm
- Saturday, Nov 16, 9:00am-7:00pm
- Sunday, Nov 17, 11:00am-5:00pm
Christmas Through Lowell is an annual, 3-day event put on by Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. The LowellArts Holiday Artists Market is one of the many stops on a unique holiday shopping experience throughout Lowell. Over 300 artists and crafters display and sell their wares at local businesses, churches, and homes.
At LowellArts, during Christmas Through Lowell, on Saturday, November 15 from 12:00-5:00pm, award-winning jazz musician, Roger MacNaughton, will present live music in the gallery.
LowellArts will be open extended hours during the Christmas Festivities (all day) & Annual Night-time Parade in Lowell (6:00pm) on Saturday, December 7, 10:00am-7:00pm. The festivities are organized by Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. The day includes visits with Santa on the Riverwalk, Rudolph’s Craft Workshop, a Pancake Supper, and Annual Night-time Parade featuring Santa.
