The Cinema Foundation has declared that September 3rd is National Cinema Day. To celebrate the occasion, more than 3,000 theater locations across the nation will be showing movies for only $3 per ticket on September 3, 2022.
Here in Lowell, the Ada Lowell 5 will be participating, according to the theater’s Facebook page. All movies and all showings will have $3 ticket prices. Plus, the theater is offering $5 small combos and free Golden Bucket refills with ticket purchase.
According to the fine print, you can’t make reservations in advance, and the $3 pricing doesn’t include any taxes or third-party fees, such as those you’d pay if you buy a ticket through a service like Fandango.
Saturday showtimes at the Ada Lowell 5 include the following movies:
- Spider-Main: No Way Home (re-release)
- Beast
- Bullet Train
- DC League of Super-Pets
- Elvis
- Top Gun: Maverick
