The Lowell Riddler: Riddle #18 Solved!

While some of us Lowell residents were scratching our heads and wondering where a Polish duck was in the city, out-of-town guests quickly honed in on the “basis” of the first clue which made them think of “bases” and ball fields. Ultimately, the medallion was found on the back of a foul line pole at Recreation Park. If you were at the fair this week, you were so close!
